Dining
Three meals a day are included for Birchwood residents. Meals are planned by our Executive Chef and a Licensed Nutritionist, and are based on the same fine dining experience that is the hallmark of Hillcrest. Extended meal hours and open seating give each Birchwood resident an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful dining room views and fine cuisine. Meals are served in consideration of the physical limitation of some residents. A wide variety of food choices are available, including a salad bar, several hot food selections along with baked goodies at each meal. A self-service kitchen is open 24-hours a day.
Aspen Pointe Neighborhood rivals the finest of resort-style dining. Our Executive Chef and his highly trained staff provide excellent cuisine in a beautiful dining room. Breakfast is made to order, lunch is buffet style, and dinner is restaurant style. A 365-day menu cycle ensures that no one in the community becomes bored or discontented with our meals and fine service. Extended dining room hours allow residents to enjoy leisurely meals in a lovely setting with new and old friends alike. One meal per day is included in our monthly fee - and residents are free to choose any combination of meals they desire without locking themselves into a specific meal or time. Residents may choose to dine every meal at Aspen Pointe for a nominal fee.
